The 7 simple steps to the successful completion of your project.

1. Force issue you a free, no obligation quote within 72 hours of receipt of your plans.
2. You accept the quotation subject to a site meeting.
3. The Site Meeting is attended by Force and yourself to agree upon the required specification for your project, the timescales for completion of your project and to assess any potential abnormal costs.
4. Force collate all of the information provided from the plans and site visit and produce a simple & transparent contract detailing the programme of works, specification, timescale to completion and payment schedule. The contract is signed by you and Force.
5. Force start on site and commence site strip/set up.
6. Construction works progress in line with pre agreed programme of works and valuations are carried out in line with pre agreed payment schedule.
7.Works are completed, final certificates & warranties are issued, snagging is completed and your project is handed over to you.
