Project Information:

This project was for a repeat developer client. It consisted of 20nr starter homes, 10nr 3 bed and 10nr 2 bed in blocks of 4/5 properties. We provided a full turn key service for our client, taking the site from open waste ground and installing all civil infrastructure including roads, sewers, attenuation systems and constructing the properties within less than 12 months. Timber frame kit construction was used on this project at the behest of the client and FORCE worked in conjunction with the supplier to ensure the time sensitive programme was not just met but reduced. The site was very tight for space, especially once the first ten houses were constructed, meaning the FORCE team had to be very well organised with delivery schedules and the programme of works.
